From October 1st to 13th, the Mondadori Duomo Bookshop in Milan will transform into a portal to the franchise created by Akira Toriyama, from Dragon Ball to Dragon Ball DAIMA!
Milano, September 25 2025 – For the first time in Italy, the Dragon Ball license will be highlighted in the iconic Mondadori Duomo bookshop in Piazza Duomo in Milan for a temporary shop offering fans the best products from the most popular Japanese franchise in Italy and Europe.
The initiative is the result of a collaboration between Toei Animation Europe and Mondadori, the largest bookshop network in Italy, thanks to which, from 1st to 13th October, Mondadori Duomo, a store of excellence for all lovers of comics and the manga world thanks to its Just Comics department, will host the Dragon Ball Pop Up Store exclusively in Italy.
This is an opportunity to offer the many fans of all generations of this epic anime a fully branded space with products and photo opportunities related to the epic saga of Goku and the world of Dragon Ball.
The pop-up store brings together a wide selection of excellent products from numerous Dragon Ball licensees – from Bandai and Bandai Namco to the ever-present Funko pop figures and various other merchandise.
The event is aimed at long-time fans of the series, but also at families, children and new fans, who will be able to get closer to the most popular anime ever through exclusive products, manga, video games and colorful photo opportunities and feel part of a community that unites entire generations.
